Young Israel of Sunny Isles Beach
HISTORY OF OUR CONGREGATION Founded in 1985 by a small group of people, the Young Israel of Sunny Isles Beach has become a blessed spiritual Synagogue with a heimishe feeling which welcomes everyone. At the time, our services were held in a building located on Collins Avenue and 173rd Street by Rabbi Rubin Dobin. As the Congregation continued to grow, the demand for an expanded location led to finding a new facility on 17395 North Bay Road in Sunny Isles Beach. It is an honor and a privilege for our Shul to have Rabbi Meir Moshe Haber as Rabbi of our Congregation & Mr. Chaim Gidali as President. Their dedication to improve the spirit of our Shul have been visibly proved as more members have joined the congregation in the last years. Young Israel of Sunny Isles Beach is affiliated with the National Council of Young Israel and the Union of Orthodox Congregation "OU." |
